Use the booking link or call. Tell us if you want a longer visit or help reading the forms.

Fill in the patient forms ahead of time, or come a few minutes early and do them here.

Step 3: The visit
An eye exam of about 45 minutes, or a fitting of about 30, with each step explained.

Step 4: Before you leave
A copy of your prescription, a written estimate for anything you pay yourself, and the next visit if there is one.
